 What Does Delayed Period Along With Spotting And Lower Back Pain Indicate? 

Last month in August 23,2015 I started spotting the next two days I was having pinkishbrown bleeding and that was it. Now comes September my periods not do till the 23rd but I'm having bad cramps lower back pains whitefish clear discharging and when I'm coughing it feels like pressure on my bottom ..plz help me!!

Hi,
I understand your concern.
Your symptoms do suggest pregnancy. The bleeding you had in August.was likely to be an implantation bleeding.You should get home pregnancy test/ USG lower abdomen to confirm it.
Alternative it can be hormonal imbalance .. to be consulted by gynecologist./investigated & treated specifically.
